  2. Div Swan, Nice job. I have read that dividend paying stocks tend to outperform non-dividend payers because they're more profitable and better established than non-payers. So, I'm thinking you should be seeing nice appreciation in the value of the shares as well.

      Yeah I think I read over 90% of the returns over a long period of time came from dividends being reinvested. DRIP is a great way to compound if you are not able to live off the cash dividends yet.
