March 2019 Dividend Update

Another month has passed and the weather should be warming up soon, but the last couple days it was still snowing and icy here. Winter seems to be longer and longer every year and the weather never seems to warm up like I would like it to. The dividend income heated up and allowed me to hit over $400 for the first time in this account this month as the quarter came to a close.

  1. Solid showing for March. Is that UTG dividend a left over? I looked into that fund a while back. I like their holdings and yield it offers but never pulled the trigger.

    1. DivHut,

UTG was a pretty decent holding, but I did sell all my whole shares a couple years ago to pay off debt from my Bachelor's degree.

I am nearing the end of my MBA here soon and trying to pay off debt again without having to sell too much of my income off.

      Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Wow that's a lot of companies paying you for March. Very solid March for you indeed. Wish we own MSFT but didn't pick it up back in the days.

We ended up with close to $2,000 in dividend income in March. :)

  3. Tawcan,

Wow $2K is crushing it! Are you going FIRE or going to be soon? Don't have too much of MSFT, but price has really jumped since I purchased it.
