Pretty nice long list of companies paying you for April. I'm that helps keep the SWAN in bed at night. Lots of interesting names you don't see in many income portfolios. I use to own PHK a long time ago and considered UTG. For now, my only "exotic" investment will be a REIT.
ReplyDeleteDivHut,
DeleteI kept things a bit interesting picking up some of those shares the last few years. Which REIT are you considering/buying?
Still amazed you have this much invested and you haven't even graduated yet. I will have to show my son what can be done on a students income.
ReplyDeleteCheers,

DFG,
DeleteI still have a ways to go before I pay back all my tuition and book expenses from my Bachelor's. I want to keep growing my dividend income, but I also want to clear out the debt side as soon as possible.
I am not sure when or where but considering pursuing Master's programs and/or the CFA.
Anyway, I wish your whole family well.
