Dividend Update-November 2013
As we enter the final month of the year I am happy to report my November dividend total. I thank God I am able to work and be in good health and provide these updates. The markets have been rising throughout most of the year, but the plan remains intact to acquire income producing assets that one day cover all my expenses. When this happens I can choose whether I want to work more, less, or not at all. December has started off with a welcome pullback maybe a bit overdue. Realty Income, BP, TGT, Prospect, ARCP, and WMT are some names I've been watching. Although I keep an eye on a large list of companies in my portfolio my interests can change based on the value or discounts I can find. I hope these updates provide inspiration for others to take control of their own portfolios and be responsible for their own actions instead of relying or blaming others when their returns are not met. I continue to be inspired by my other fellow bloggers I have listed in my Blogs I follow page.

Great Month! I love them dividends. Thanks for the update. I hope December treats you well.
ReplyDeletejdavis,
DeleteThank you! I love receiving them dividends as well. You are running away from me with your monthly totals looks like. Great job :)
Thanks for stopping by!
killing it with the dividends. December looks like a great month for you. :)
ReplyDeleteFFdividend,
DeleteThanks a lot! I'm expecting December to be a record month for many of us. The market is starting to correct a little and hoping to find some capital as the deals start to present themselves.
Thanks for reading and commenting :)
Looks good! Did you notice MAIN is paying 2 dividends this month? I like how they are committed to rewarding shareholders with large total dividends, but perhaps don't want to over commit with regular monthlies. A bit of a safety net there.
ReplyDeleteCompounding Income,
DeleteYeah I'm starting to get used to and enjoying MAIN paying out 14 dividends a year. Monthly ones with a supplemental payment in June and December from spillover income I think? I wish I owned more as I got it for an attractive price. Do you think it still has value @ $31.55. The dividends may certainly be worth it.
Looks like a solid month right there! December should be even better.
ReplyDeletePassive Income Pursuit,
DeleteThank you! I can't complain about receiving over $100 of purely passive income outside of working a job. I have all eligible securities on DRIP and hoping it keeps compounding into a big powerhouse of income producers down the road.
Thank you for your support!
Dividends looking really nice, must be a great feeling!
ReplyDeleteKeep on going!
Life In Center
ReplyDeleteIt does feel great to watch them dividends hit my account. For sure it helps get through weekdays at work knowing they will hit my account, reinvest, and then compound. I am nowhere near being able to make my work hours, but taking steps necessary to pursue more freedom.
Thanks for stopping by and welcome to the Dividend club!
